3 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

3.1 Carrier Frequencies

ST7538 is a multi frequency device: eight programmable Carrier Frequencies are available (see table 6).

Only one Carrier at a time can be used; anyway, it's possible to switch the communication channel during

the normal working Mode. Selecting the desired frequency in the Control Register the Transmission and

Reception filters are accordingly tuned.
