General Description

The IC is a very low power consump- Package

tion single chip ASK Single Conver-

sion Receiver for receive frequencies

between 385 and 406MHz. The

Receiver offers a high level of integra-

tion and needs only a few external

components. The device contains a

low noise amplifier (LNA), a double

balanced mixer, a fully integrated

VCO, a PLL synthesiser, a crystal

oscillator, a limiter with RSSI genera-

tor, a data filter, a data comparator

(slicer) and a peak detector. Addition-

ally there is a power down feature to

save battery life.
