SPECIAL ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

In addition to all of the standard Tri-Star, Mil-C-39029 specified, and the many cross-referenced configurations listed in this catalog,

Tri-Star manufactures custom crimp, printed circuit, thermocouple, coaxial (shielded), solder cup and wire-wrap contacts for most

connectors. Should you be unable to find the contact required for your specific application listed in this catalog, Tri-Star can supply

what you require through a custom order. We will need the information specified below in order to provide you with a quotation for

your custom contact requirement.

CRIMP, COAXIAL, SOLDER CUP, OTHER CUSTOM: Contact the factory with your material and dimensional

requirements and we will promptly provide you with a quotation.

THERMOCOUPLE CONTACTS: For thermocouple versions of standard power contacts, only the cross reference

information and material specification are required.

PRINTED CIRCUIT CONTACTS: For PC type contacts, in addition to the power contact or connector cross reference,

we will also need the following dimensional information: (1) overall contact length; (2) pin tail length; (3) pin tail diameter; and

(4) for right angle PC Tail contacts, both lengths of the right angle portions.

WIRE-WRAP CONTACTS: For wire-wrap terminations, in addition to the power contact or connector cross reference, we

will also need the following dimensional information: (1) overall contact length; (2) length of the wire-wrap tail; and (3) the square

dimension of the wire-wrap post.
