Crystal connection. Connect to a 12-18 MHz external pullable
crystal.
Connect to +3.3 V.
Voltage input to VCXO. Zero to 3.3 V analog input which controls
the oscillation frequency of the VCXO.
Connect to ground.
VCXO clock output. 2x input frequency.
VCXO clock output. 2x input frequency.
