Comparator Output Level in the Hysteresis Area
When the power supply voltage is applied with the ambient temperature in the hysteresis area, the state of the comparator
output level is uncertain.
A capacitor is connected between Pin1 (Pin 2) to GND or Pin 4 to Pin 1 (Pin 2) to fix the comparator output level.
