DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The AMC3842B/43B/44B/45B are fixed frequency Low Start-Up current (max. 200µA)
current-mode PWM controllers specially designed for Optimized for Off-Line and DC-to-DC
OFF-Line switching power supply and DC-to-DC converters
Converters
with a minimum number of external components. These
devices feature a trimmed oscillator for precise duty cycle Maximum Duty Cycle
control, a temperature compensated reference, high gain error U.V.L.O. with Hysteresis
amplifier, current sensing comparator, and high current totem Operating Frequency Up to 500KHz
pole output which is suitable for driving MOSFETs.
Internal Trimmed Bandgap Reference
The under voltage lock-out (U.V.L.O.) is designed to High Current Totem Pole Output
operated with 200µA start-up current in typical, allowing an Error Amplifier With Low Output Resistance
