Parameter ID (Ordering Part Number)
Parameter Length (The number of following bytes in this parameter. Adding this value
to the current location value +1 = the first byte of the next parameter)
ASCII “S” for manufacturer (Cypress)
ASCII “25” for Product Characters (Single Die SPI)
ASCII “FL” for Interface Characters (SPI 3 Volt)
ASCII characters for density
ASCII “S” for Technology (65 nm MirrorBit)
